Our resources for educators are from around the country for teachers and students from elementary school to high school. These resources include sample curricula and activities for the classroom to educate students of all ages about Stormwater and what they can do to help clean up our lakes and streams!

EcoSchool Design External Link seeks to assist schools, and those who care about them, in transforming paved schoolyards into vibrant ecosystems for outdoor learning.

Vermont Project WET, Water Education for Teachers External Link, is an interdisciplinary water education program for kindergarten through twelfth graders designed to facilitate and promote awareness, appreciation, knowledge and stewardship of Vermont’s water resources.

Math DL’s Digital Classroom Resources page External Link has many formulae and calculators that would help with high school science classes. There are workbooks with equations for illustrating scientific concepts such as species growth, genetics and molecular evolution.

The teachers’ section of the Environmental Health Science Education site External Link has an array of classroom activities and curricula, easy access to reference materials based on reliable environmental health research, and professional development opportunities. There is also a students’ section with resources for your students.

The UVM Watershed Alliance External Link supports state-wide watershed education and water quality monitoring in Vermont middle schools, secondary schools, alternative education programs, and youth groups.
